Welcome to the Media Coalition Against Galamsey

In Ghana, the fight against illegal mining, commonly known as “galamsey,” is a critical battle for the protection of our environment, communities, and future. We are a dedicated coalition of media organizations committed to raising awareness, advocating for sustainable practices, and holding accountable those who threaten our natural resources. Together, we strive to amplify voices, share impactful stories, and foster a united front against the destructive practices of galamsey. Join us in our mission to safeguard Ghana’s rich heritage for generations to come.
